Public Campgrounds

Saunders County Ag Society offers public camping at the Saunders County Fairgrounds April 1 - October 1. A total of 140 spots include water and 50amp electrical hookups and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The Campgrounds are located on the southeast corner of the fairgrounds property, with restrooms and showers available within a short walk from the Campgrounds entrance. Dump Station is located at the southwest corner of the fairgrounds, near the rodeo arena entrance.

Rates = $20/day or $110/week - Please submit camper registration and payment at drop box located near Campgrounds entrance.

PLEASE NOTE: Blackout dates listed below in which camping is NOT open to the public.

Blackout Dates:
Wahoo Saddle Club PRCA Rodeo & Saunders County Fair - July 24 - August 3, 2025

• Every camper or RV must be equipped with a fire extinguisher
• NO motorized sport or utility vehicles allowed, including but not limited to: Golf Carts, ATVs, UTVs, Dirt Bikes, etc.
• NO minors allowed to consume alcohol on the fairgrounds
• NO horses allowed in the camping area
• NO external full-sized refrigerators/appliances allowed
• Cutting or trimming of established trees or other vegetation on fairgrounds property is PROHIBITED
• Please utilize Dump Station located at SW corner of fairgrounds (near Arena entrance)

Public Campgrounds are closed annually during the week of the Saunders County Fair. Camping spots are pre-assigned for families who wish to camp during the week of the County Fair. If you are interested in camping during the Saunders County Fair, please click HERE for more information!
